Shipping
Product cannot be returned without express, written consent, directly from Moto Armor. We get orders out as quick as we can, but sometimes there are delays. If there is a delay over 5 business days please email us at sales@motoarmor.com. Orders can be changed up till they have been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If an order has not been shipped, customers need to email sales@motoarmor.com to request a cancellation. We do not ship via USPS unless its small parcel only.
A shipping notification will be emailed when we create the shipping label. You should be able to track the order from that email, or you can login to your account to track order. Once an order has been shipped we cannot change or cancel the shipment. Please do not put a P.O. box as the address. FEDEX & UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Moto Armor is not responsible for theft of a delivered package. Please act accordingly when selecting a shipping location.
Returns Policy
(US)
Product returns need to have express, written permission from us before a product can be returned. Product That has been installed on a machine, have the protective film removed, or otherwise used, cannot be returned. New product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and loss of outbound shipping. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ship back returns. Items returned need to have your original order number on the box next to the shipping label. Moto Armor is not responsible and cannot accept returns that are damaged during return shipping. Product that has been sent to powder for any color other then black, is considered custom and we will not take any returns on custom colors (damaged product still applies).
MOTO ARMOR DOORS: Due to difficulty with shipping and the specific way we package doors, all sales are final with no option to return (damaged product still applies). Please allow 1-4 weeks to build and ship doors, or contact us for an update.
In the event that we make a mistake, (send wrong product, or problem with product) we will correct the problem at no charge to the customer.
Refunds are sent after the product has been received, looked over, and put back into stock. Please expect the refund to be processed within 5 business days after Moto Armor receives the product. Please allow additional days for the time it takes your bank to process the refund as well once it has been submitted by us.
(Canada)
Due to difficulties and expenses associated with shipping to Canada, all sales are final. Once product has shipped, an order cannot be cancelled or altered. Moto Armor Will not cover any damage that occurs during shipping.
Damaged Product (US Only)
Moto Armor will only warranty damaged product during shipping. Once product has been installed on a machine there is no warranty. Damaged product has to be reported to Moto Armor at Sales@motoarmor.com within 5 days of receiving the item. Moto Armor requires pictures of damaged product (see below for pictures needed) emailed to verify damage and also used to file claim with shipping company. Once damaged product has been verified, Moto Armor will send a return label for product to be shipped back. Once received, Moto Armor will decide to fix or send out new product. If packaging on glass products is not the same as how it was shipped out, Moto Armor is not responsible for any additional damage occurred during return shipping.
